Scott Henry serves as the Chief Executive Officer for LongView Group. Scott is responsible for business leadership, strategy, and capital formation. In addition to his role with LongView Group, Scott is a Partner at Red Reef Partners, an investment management firm focused on North American farmland. Prior to LongView Group, Scott worked for Summit Farms where he focused on developing livestock facilities and farmland acquisitions across the Midwest. Scott holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Masters in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
Eric Henry serves as the Operations Leader for LongView Group. Eric provides operational leadership in production activities and investment decision support alongside the general managers of LongView Group’s portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Eric served as the Operations Leader for LongView Farms where he led agronomy, equipment, and production activities. Eric received a degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University.
Adam Fichter provides leadership and support for the finance team within LongView Group and it’s managed entities. Most recently, he served as CFO of LongView Farms since 2022. Prior to that, he spent 5 years in agricultural finance and lending, along with 2 years of professional farm management and agricultural real estate. Adam graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with a degree in Agricultural Business, Economics, and International Agriculture.
Brett leads all investment activities for LongView Group. In this role, he oversees investment sourcing, due diligence, and execution. Additionally, he directs the firm’s strategy for marketing and technology. Before LongView Group, Brett served 11 months as Business Development Manager at LongView Farms. He also brings 2 years’ experience with an Iowa-based private equity firm where he specialized in real estate acquisitions. Brett graduated from Iowa State University in December 2021 with a degree in Agricultural Business.
Joy oversees various accounting functions at LongView Group and its portfolio companies. She has served in that capacity at LongView Farms since 2023. Joy brings experience in property management and small business development/accounting from her work with multiple organizations in Central Iowa. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Buena Vista University.
As Property Manager, Brandon oversees maintenance and care of facilities and real estate within certain parts of the portfolio. He brings many years of experience, as he previously worked as an operator with a row crop farm in addition to 7 years of commercial lawncare & landscaping. Brandon has previous experience with the LongView team having served as an operator during high school and college.
